ATTENTION COACHES U10 – U14 CE & AG! ALL-STAR PLAYER NOMINATIONS
The All-Star Player nomination process is approaching fast. Coaches, please download the “All Star Nomination Form” and submit to the Director of Coaches for your appropriate division.

All Star Nomination Forms must be submitted by:
November 4, 2012 (Sunday) by 9:00 p.m. No nomination forms will be accepted after this.
1. Player Nominees U-10 through U-14
1.1. The 1st and 2nd place team for each division and age bracket will be eligible to nominate up to four (4) players to tryout for the All Star’s.
1.1.1. Please talk to the parent(s) to ensure the player will be able to play on Saturday and Sunday.
1.2. All other teams (3rd, 4th, 5th, etc) will be eligible to nominate up to three (3) players to tryout for the All Star’s.
1.2.1. Please talk to the parent(s) to ensure the player will be able to play on Saturday and Sunday.
It is the responsibility of the Coach to notify his/her players about the All-Star tryouts (date/time/location, etc.). MYSL will not contact players.
