Tips for Team-Parents
Team Banner
Action Art Banners is our official banner company this season. They are donating $5 back to the league for every $95 banner ordered.
Collecting Money
You will be responsible for collecting money from each player. This money will be for the banner, the coach's gift or a team party. Determine what you'll need in total for the season, and then notify each family of their share.
Picture Day
August 16th - Picture packets should be available for distribution with the uniforms.
- Designate a spot for your team to meet
- Ask everyone to arrive 15-30 minutes early
- Bring the team banner
- Remind the parents to bring the envelopes with them
Helping the Coach
Put together a roster of players and halftime & after game snack schedule. Help with phone calls regarding practices, games, special events & last minute changes.
Team Pizza Party Reservations
Bob's Pizza is currently the only place giving us coupons. If you did not get any you may simply call and give them your team number or email Susan to get one.
